Transportation
Bahia Azul is located on a prime beachfront estate near the center of Jaco Beach, about 70 miles (110 km) from Costa Rica's capital, San Jose. It takes about two hours to get to Jaco from the international airport in San Jose (SJO).
Shuttle Service
DayStar offers shuttle transportation to and from SJO upon request. The DayStar shuttle fee is $100 for up to four people, and $10 for each additional passenger.
Our shuttle driver, identified with a DayStar sign, will meet you at the airport and drive you directly to Bahia Encantada. For your convenience, shuttle fees can be charged to your credit card. Complimentary beverages are provided during the drive.

Rental Cars
Some guests choose to rent a car at the airport and drive themselves to Jaco Beach. If you are interested in renting a car while you are in Costa Rica, we recommend National or Europcar.
