Guest Referral Program

The Guest Referral Program was developed to reward individuals who refer New Guests to DayStar Properties. Individuals who wish to participate in this program, need to register with DayStar Properties.

Program Rules

  • A party who refers a renter/ guest for one of the DayStar Properties will receive a 10% commission paid on the total amount of the referral reservation, with a maximum pay-out of $400 per referral
  • Taxes, tours and other additional charges are not included in the total amount
  • Your name and referral number must be mentioned at the time the New Guest makes the reservation
  • The New Guest must be a first time guest of DayStar Properties
  • No commissions are paid on repeat visits of referral guests
  • One referral number per person
  • It is not necessary to have stayed at one of our projects to participate in the Corporate Referral Program, however you need to register and get your referral number
  • No commissions are paid on rental rates with a discount of more than 20%

Payout rules

  • You are allowed to save up your referral commissions for a free vacation(excluding peak season). When you save your commissions for a free vacation you will receive an additional 10% discount on that vacation.
  • Payout will be fulfilled after the referred guests invoice is paid and cleared
  • Minimum payout is $150
  • The payout cost by check is $40, by bank transfer $30, by Paypal $20, Moneybookers $20
  • The payout request must be submitted by the 15th of the month
  • Payout will be fulfilled the 3rd week of the month
  • Commissions that remain unpaid in your referral account for longer then 18 month will be cleared from your account

Corporate Referral Program

Officially registered business and online companies are eligible for special commission rates through our Corporate Referral Program. Each request to participate in this program is handled on an individual basis.

Frequent Stay Program

The Frequent Stay Program was developed to reward loyal guests of DayStar Properties with a special discount. Frequent guests, who wish to participate in this program, need to register with DayStar Properties to receive their Frequent Stay account number.

Program Rules

  • The Guest must identify his Frequent Stay account number upon making the reservation
  • There is only allowed one Frequent Stay account number per reservation
  • Discounts are not transferable between members nor can a non-member credit nights to a Frequent Stay member
  • Allowed is only one Frequent Stay account number per person
  • After staying 14 nights at any of the DayStar Properties projects, you will receive one free extra night, one free night for every 7 paid nights thereafter
  • The Frequent Stay Program does not apply to long-term rental agreements that features discounted rates
  • Stayed nights with a special promotion or discounted price do not apply for the frequent stay program
  • The Guest is responsible for monitoring the total number of nights and must inform DayStar Properties
  • When you have reached the 14-night and subsequent 7-night benchmarks we will issue a gift certificate for free night(s)
  • The gift certificate is valid for six months after date of issue
  • The gift certificate is valid weekdays and weekends, (excluding holidays, peak season and special events) and for the same unit category (price range) you used before, depending on availability. Example you stayed in a beachfront unit you will receive a beachfront free night certificate
  • Gift certificates are collected when the guest checks in to the project, however use of the certificate needs to be mentioned upon making the reservation
  • Guests can only apply for the frequent Stay Program after registering for the program, previous stays prior to registration can not be applied
